What's Changed on My Homepage?

For the most part, this is the same homepage you've always used updated with the new CenturyLink brand. We did try to make a few small improvements described below to make the homepage cleaner and easier for you to view, find and access all the great online content and services available to you. We invite you to check out our improved tour that highlights many of these.

Less Intrusive Advertising

We removed the ad on top of the page to enable you to more easily view the content on your page. As we continue to improve the product, we will be examining other ways to balance advertising and the best possible home page experience.

Getting to Your Account and quick access to Help

We moved the navigation to My Account and Help closer to the top of the page. This will qive you quick access to Help and Support in the event you need assistance. It's also the place to access My Account - where you can change your settings, view special offers and pay your bill online.

Simplified Directory

You may have noticed we shortened the directory of services you find on the left side of the page. These changes aim to help you more quickly find the stuff that interests you. If you don't see what you are looking for at first glance, click on the "Other" link.

We've also created a site dedicated to helping you be safe and secure online. You'll see a new link to that in the directory and we invite you to visit the Online Security Site when you have a moment.
